Butte College Spring - 2024

I applied for the Spring LVN-RN bridge for Spring 2024. I wanted to create this chat for anyone who applied so we can keep in touch about the process. I dropped off my application 6/12  in person but the office is closed. I ended up putting it in the drop box. --------------------- said she picked them up Fridays and will be going through them. I haven't heard back. I'm trying not to bombard her so hoping many of you guys can share your experience/info. Thank you and best of luck!

I did not apply because I just want to get into the LVN-RN. If I get more desperate I might consider it. Since LVN is already the 1st year of the RN program I don't know if I want to do it all over again. ? I was accepted to butte college class 31 in 2020 but due to Covid issues I was unable to pass. I finished my LVN and now applying for the RN bridge program ❤️

Does anyone know how many LVN they accept each time? ?

Not exactly. I asked them if it's the same waiting list for LVN-RN and they said it's a separate waiting list but here I am on my 7th application so it seems to take just as long unfortunately.

Ughhhh it saddens me how long the process takes to get in. Seriously I wish they'd sent out emails today but it's not looking promising.

I have never had a weekend email & the only time a email came late was during COVID.
