Burlington County College Spring 2016

Put in my application today for the Spring 2016 program, now the long wait to find out if I get in!! I will have all of my pre-requisites done by the end of this semester, except for the med class. I'm wondering if I should take that in the summer, will it help my chances of getting in? Thanks and good luck to everyone else who applied!!!

Oh wait did you do the urine test already? I don't know how long that takes but if you paid them you are in the system so I wouldn't worry. Hopefully they get back to me so I can go to Labcorp tomorrow.

I did not do the urine test yet. I paid on Adamsafeguard on Friday 10/9 in the AM and I called this morning and was told I should get my Lab Corp info by tomorrow morning....kinda frustrating because that's definitely not within 2 days. I wouldn't be so worried but the acceptance letter said that RCBC has to have a report of "clear" by Monday. I am just concerned if I will be able to get an appointment at LabCorp tomorrow and will they get my results over to RCBC in time.....sorry I am so paranoid!!!!

I just got my email for Labcorp so I can go tomorrow. If you don't get an email by tomorrow Around noon maybe call nursing admissions just to let them know.

I believe on the Adamsafeguard website it states it takes ten business days to clear. The school will have the results immediately through an online portal.

Is the background 'Student Background Check" on Safeguard?

Congrats!!!! Yes you pay for the background check and the urine screen on the Adam safeguard website and then they will send you a form to print and location to go to Labcorp and have the urine test done.

Couple more questions..are we able to register online when it opens on the 19th or do we need to register in person? Also, was a Facebook group started for those accepted? Has anyone taken Nurs 103- Medication Administration? Thanks!

Hey guys, my name is Jen and I was also accepted into the spring nursing program. I wanted to introduce myself and meet you guys before starting classes. I was pulled off of the waiting list, so I have not received my packet for the drug test, or background check yet. Any advice or tips you can offer? I have until nov 2nd to get everything done.

Does anyone know if we go through the summer and graduate in May or do we graduate in December?

We finish in December 2017. No classes over the summer. We walk in May 2018 graduation ceremony.
