Bump on my Spine???

So, I'm 14 and am at Wisconsin Dells. I found a bump on my lower back on the spine, It's red, sensitive to the touch, I can move it around, and it hurts when I lay on it, or sit back in a chair. This only started happening today (it's 12:00 AM as I write this so I guess yesterday) and I don't know what it is, I have been up doing research and I'm worried that it's something horrible... Does a doctor or nurse know what this COULD be?.. I'm really worried.

You need to visit a healthcare provider. Posting on an anonymous Internet forum is not the answer and we cannot provide medical advice per the Terms of Service, which you agreed to when posting. I'm also not sure if you are old enough to be posting. Get your parents or guardian to take you to your primary care provider or urgent care if you need medical help. The moderators will close this thread.

As per the Terms of Service of the site we can not offer medical advice. As mentioned in the previous post you really need to speak to your PCP
