school yard rules don't work, but [COLOR=#545454]cease and desist orders followed with cash settlements do. Those "when you do this, it makes me feel statements..." work as about as well as a boulder holding toilet paper.
Sometimes a particular group of staff are very unpleasant to work with, for whatever reason.
You have choices. That's the good news. It's OK to move on to another position. If you feel compelled to DO something about the current situation, here's my experienced advice -- save your energy.
If it's particularly bad, it can get to you. It can mess with your head and your confidence. Since you have choices you can choose to take care of yourself and look for another position somewhere. I've worked in both scenarios, and the difference is why I save my energy and stay where there are reasonably healthy drama-free staff. They are more common than the really bad ones in my experience :) You don't have to put up with this, you're worth more than that.
