bulk message sent by ncsbn in my email

i recieved a message from ncsbn regarding nclex survey.. this is how it is being stated:

-does the first statement or paragraph indicates that i passed the exam? is this valid? i've taken my examination here in the philippines last october 2 2007 and yet haven't receive any "mailed letter" here in our home notifying me that i pass the nclex-rn. im confused right now. please help me.. thanks and god bless!

Got one too! I took the exam last Oct. 2. What is this??? Is this valid? I mean did we REALLY pass? I'm still waiting for the "letter"..

I don't know if this bulk message is valid.. lots of my friends that already passed nclex rn also received this bulk mail last oct 17.. im also stilll waiting for the letter... anyone who can help us...

They already knew that they pass before receiving the bulk mail... i don't know if others that failed the exam still received the "bulk mail" im confused right now..

yes it is really confusing!! When did they take the exam? thanks, and Podeng when did you receive the bulk letter? I got it last OCt. 17.

i also got it last oct 17.. some of them took the exam last aug 1, and 3.. the one that took the exam last aug 3 received the same mail last oct 17..

I'm new here. I dont know what happened to the bulk msg from [email protected]. I also got that email from them. Guys, pls tell me if its already the confirmation that we passed the nclex. I still dont have the letter until now

What if I only received the thanks message,not congrats msg after 2 days of my test? Is every one who pass the test always got this ?
