  1. If I would petition for any that would be higher budget, hire more nurses, and stop backer system. I agree with you!:)
  2. Good day! guys what is the prescribed attire for tomorrow's examination? is it semi-formal? thanks! :)
  3. im currently working a a nurse review consultant in the field of education but even if im not working in the clinical area right now im so proud to be a RN! Being a nurse is very "noble" profession wherein you only not give care and save lives but somehow you try to educate and inspire other people in different ways. isn't that great? "i will follow my dreams even others think it is impossible to reach. But i know in is within reach becuase of the words i beleive"
  4. God bless! let's pray for everyone that will be having their NCLEX examination. have faith!
  5. I like being a male nurse. It simply gives you the idea that you are the "working muscle" in the team of most are female nurses. But sad to say that in the middle east, they prefer female nurses. like what jori said. for me all nurses are equal, male or female. is'nt that right?!
  6. Well its unfair for younger nurses like me to be labeled as apathetic and jerky people. I started practicing nursing when i was 21 y/o but i can get along with different kind of patient. I can say years of experience in the nursing practice is a factor but most of the caring ability or caring instinct is not developed during those years. For me, caring instinct is sometimes a calling, wheter u are old or young. it is what u are born to be. right? and correction! not all male nurses are the ones that did not make or qualify to the med school. So hey miss, we're nurses! assess first before making a nursing judgement!

  15. I worked as a pediatric nurse just a couple of months (4 months to be exact) before moving to adult ICU.. men!!! they treat me more than a celebrity! i was the YOUNGEST staff and the ONLY guy out there... cool stuff out there! But the reason that i moved out is because i hate children esp. young ones die... i just can't take it anymore... the way their bros/sis cry, their parents... ohh no! can't take it! but the experience being a pediatric nurse esp if your a male nurse is one of a kind! and take note: the girls ( nurses and the MD's) were awsome!!!!! its like everyday is like a beauty paegent! woohoooo!!!!! ______________ "Trsuting Him makes my faith stronger everyday"
