Hi! I am going to be starting at Baylor Scott and White's critical care residency. I am interested in meeting other GN's for BSW or North Texas in general! Also I would love to hear from anyone who works for Baylor Scott and White.

Hey! I applied and did my video interview, then less than 24 hours later after submitting it I was emailed regarding a phone interview. I have not heard back since. I am interested in FTW. The recruiter said he wasn't sure if I would be a good candidate because I can only work days. But congrats to you! I did my phone interview last Friday. I Haven't heard anything else.

Hello! I am graduating from an ABSN project in December and my dream is to get a position in a BSWH residency program, especially critical care! Do you mind telling me how the application & interview process went for you? Also, do you complete different applications for different locations or one application? Thank you so much!
I know it can take a little bit to hear back after the digital interview so don't get discouraged! What unit are you interviewing for? I was told that most new grads for Baylor are nights.
Hi Shelby_M_P! So what I think helped speed up my application process for the critical care track was reaching out to the ICU managers before the application opened and getting my name out there. I did an application for the 2 locations I was interested in but only did the interview for one. You first do a digital interview with some pretty basic questions. I recieved a call about 24 hours later to do the in person interview. I first interviewed with the manager and then interviewed with 3 of the floor nurses. Everyone was very friendly and nice throughout the whole process! Best of luck!

Hi heeneyl13, BSN. Have they given you a specific start date yet? I am wondering about that. I interview with them on Monday but all I was told was "early September".
Hi Maria.Acosta. They told me the start date is Sep. 11!

Hi! I am so happy that I found this post! I am starting in September on a tele floor. I was wondering, has anyone gotten uniform information yet? I'm not sure what to buy or when they will tell us.

Baylor RN uniform color is navy blue. The only unit that wears a different color is the ED.
Hm, I was told royal blue, I wonder if ICU or location is different?
Congrats! I haven't been told officially but a nurse on my floor told my any brand, royal blue. I'm going to start a facebook for our class as well, I found one for the June class but not ours yet. I can add you if you'd like!
If you were told to buy royal blue, I would go with that. We wear navy blue in Dallas.
