BSN required jobs for H1B

Hey, Im a exchange student (f-1) and I have a work permit that May of next year will expire, I Have a FL RN,BSN and 2 years of neuro experience. I am having a hard time finding jobs that require a BSN. Most of the times I find jobs that say BSN preferred or desired, Unfortunately that cant help me. Due to regulations the job I get must say BSN required.

Does anybody have any idea of where to apply?

so far I have been applying to job in FL and out of state.

I have been looking at the list of best hospital per state and then applying to them.

Even in California at CedarSinai says Associates or BSN preferred.

The likelihood on finding a hospital willing to go the H1b route when there are many US nurses struggling to find work will be hard.

Moved to the International section as many US nurses do not understand work visa requirements for the US
