Does anyone know any BSN program in New York that accepts students with low GPA; within the 5 boroughs.

How low are we talking? I think the lowest is probably a 3.0 mostly for private schools. I go to Long Island University and the minimum is 2.75 overal and in sciences and all science grades must be a C or higher. I think that's the lowest you'll find.

That really depends on how low of a GPA you are talking about. The lowest I know of is LIU in Brooklyn. They require a 2.75 minimum in both the prereqs and overall average.
If your GPA is below 2.75 I would advise you to retake courses and attempt to improve the GPA and then apply to nursing schools. I am taking courses I for B's and a C in order to make myself more competitive for ABSN programs, which are a different ball game then entering a 2-yr nursing sequence on the BSn level.
All the other nursing programs in city require a 3.0 minimum.
