Hi! Newbie here, may I ask how to start the process for the Nclex-PN exam? Do you have to be a graduate of an LPN course before you can take this exam. I'm a BSN graduate in the Philippines, I am trying to apply in Canada as LPN, however one of the requirements is an LPN exam passer. I want to take it, where and how do I start.
Thank you so much.
Godbless!

Start with NNAS for credentials assessment. Once a positive assessment that your credentials are equivalent to Canadian PN programs, Then apply to the college of nurses. Once authorized take CRPNE. Prove work rights and legal residency in Canada. Be issued a RPN/LPN license (depending on province)
Canada does not use the NCLEX-PN Philippines does not recognize LPN so you are not eligible for LPN licensing in your country of nursing education. Passing the NCLEX-PN is not relevant to qualifying as an LPN in Canada as you were not educated on the U.S.
The majority of US states require LPN candidates to be graduates of an approved school of practical nursing.
