So about a week ago I finally heard back from the job interview I had about three and a half weeks ago. I know that some managers more time than usual to make a decision. I was offered a job on an amazing floor which I gladly accepted. The recruiter asked me if I am BSN grad or about to graduate, I told her I am graduating in December. She wanted to asked the CNO first to approve if I can be hired if I am enrolled in RN-BSN program. Since they are reapplying for their Magnet status I could be hired. So I was offered a job and then cancelled the job offere within two days.
It is so disappointing that I have been a new nurse working for 6 months looking forward to starting a hospital career and just like that it was taken away from me. This makes me want to put all into finishing my BSN, december I can't wait for you to get here fast enough. Anyone else had similar experiences?? thank you for letting me rant...
