BSN graduates: No work yet! WHAT TO DO in NEVADA!

HI people. im a bsn grad from pHil and dont have idea on what steps to take. im in nevada. Any idea on how papers should be processed for me to work as a nurse in nevada?.HeLFF! im confused.what exams do i need to take..your replies would be very mush acknowledged. thanks much:nuke:.!

first, do you have a workinng visa? have you applie for eligibility? then without it then its hard for you to get work..

since nevada board of nursing requires you to undergo Credential evaluation, go t www. cgfns.org and click the CES and you will find the full details for this service and visit also the website of nevada board of nursing.

you dt have to get the cgfns exam since its ot needed in nevada they only need the CES, please have some time reading this forum.

HI,,, ANYONE HERE WHO IS AN RN FROM VEGAS.? WHAT IS THE SEQUENCE IN PROCESSING PAPERS FOR RN APPLICATION IN NEVADA OR LAS VEGAS PERHAPS.. Please go to the website for the Nevada BON and it gives you all of the requirements that you need to complete in order to get licensed there. There are specific requirements for foreign trained nurses that many locals there are not aware of.

Start by doing that, all is written there.

Also please be aware that typing in all CAPITALS means that you are yelling at someone, do not think that you are doing that, but in bulletin board talk that is what it means.

Please post all of your questions concerning working in Nevada in one thread to make it easier to follow.

Licensre and immigration are two very different things, you will have to meet the requirements for the foreign nurse.
