BSN or Graduate Entry...please help??

I am nearing the end of my program online at Kaplan University for Medical Assisting and finally decided that I wanted to pursue a career in nursing. The only thing with transferring to go to a BSN program is a lot or maybe even all of my classes won't transfer from what almost every school I have called is telling me. Kaplan is accredited so that confuses me. I don't want to do a ADN program and I was considering graduate entry, but medical assistants are typically employed full-time. I have read kind of bad posts about WSCN and good ones about Chamberlain, Aurora, and possibly Lewis. I am just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation. I am just really looking for a good flexible nursing school thanks!

Specializes in Pediatrics.

I personally went into graduate entry (at DePaul), simply because I didn't see the point of getting another bachelors. If anything, I look much better on paper than a BSN at my same experience level because I have 2 years of grad school and the letter "M" underneath my belt. I'm really happy with my decision, especially with this job market.

I just graduated from WSCN and it's not so bad anymore. I wouldn't say this if you ask me this question a year ago, with the new Dean everything is a lot better. The NCLEX pass rate is higher (our class is about 92%, way better than when I started the school which was 78%).
