aside from enrolling in a review center, you also need to read current books on nursing. you cannot simply rely on what review centers provide. besides, if you read on your own, you complement what you learned from your review center as well as broaden the spectrum of your knowledge. good luck.

thanks sinagbayan! i have no idea what books to read cause what i have here are old books i used when i was still studying and that was 10 years ago.for sure some infos are added already.SO what i do right now is review online.I just look for topics and review.can you recommend good books that I can read? thanks.

RA Gapuz has a new book, its yellow-orange in color. Its a good review book providing you have done your part of reviewing long materials. I would recommend this review ctr, I came from Millenium Nursing Review Specialists, a subsidiary of RA Gapuz. They have good lecturers, its a good option if you don't mind traveling to SM Manila or to Cuneta Astrodome every review session (if you're from Manila). They also have a shading machine (that checks your test papers) that should alert you if your shading method is bad.

hi!iIgraduated batch 1997 but never took the NLE.Now I decided to give it a try this december 2007.I know there are alot of updates regarding nursing and its concepts thats why I want to enroll in a good review center that can give me a refresher course.I'm choosing between Kaplan and gapuz altho I do know the scam/issue about the 2006 NLE connecting gapuz and Pentagon.That's why i'm having second thoughts on whether to do self review or to enroll in a review center...but which review center can give me the best tips and insights???considering that it was 10 years ago since I graduated.I'm so confused right now on what to do.Also,I don't know what books to read...Please help me!!!! I want to start my review this early.

Just Read your books and attend review classes, focus on Community Health Nursing( If this still the trend) and buy previous exam compilation. Iam a Batch 96 graduate, took and passed my exam Dec 2004. You can do it! Pray...it really helps

P.S. Dont bother yourself about the PNA rule, I did not, yet I was licensed. Good luck!:)

I have already contacted PNA abt that and said that it doesnt apply for me so i'm good to go for the december NLE.I'm currently reviewing funda by udan and carl balita's nursing review.i was informed not to focus too much on anatomy on physiology although i read about it.I'm also planning to go to C&e bookstore for some nursing books.Thanks again!
