thanks for the info lawrence01.Yeah im aware of the 1 month refresher course that is mandatory for inactive nurses but the 3 months practicum?not really.does that mean that I still have to enroll in a nursing school just to have 1 month of didactic training and 3 months of practicum?if thats the case I guess my plans taking the dec NLE needs to be postponed for those 3 months of practicum.Does this article apply to BSN graduates who havent taken the board exam yet or to those nursing grads who are already licensed but are inactive?please enlighten me.thanks!

Please contact PNA directly regarding this. However, if someone who was already licensed and did not practice for 5 consecutive years needs the above requirements then what more for some one who has never taken and therefore did not practice for 10 years ?? The PNA will be the one who will decide. Pls. contact them.

hi!iIgraduated batch 1997 but never took the NLE.Now I decided to give it a try this december 2007.I know there are alot of updates regarding nursing and its concepts thats why I want to enroll in a good review center that can give me a refresher course.I'm choosing between Kaplan and gapuz altho I do know the scam/issue about the 2006 NLE connecting gapuz and Pentagon. That's why i'm having second thoughts on whether to do self review or to enroll in a review center...but which review center can give me the best tips and insights???considering that it was 10 years ago since I graduated.I'm so confused right now on what to do.Also,I don't know what books to read...Please help me!!!! I want to start my review this early.
