Hi Im bsn grad from other country and I'm here now at Cali for good, I'm wondering if I can take up lvn here and do I need to study? And where to apply for the exam! Or am i allowed to take the exam bec I'm a bsn already! I'm confused! Hope u could help me! Thanks

Depending on what country your BSN is from why not just try for the NCLEX-RN?

But yea, you can apply straight into the LVN exam process, no need to take any classes (as long as your BSN and yourself meets the CA requirements).
