You still scored above! According to my friends who go there they look at you scoring above. What did you do for the other sections?

80.9% in Reading

96.9% in Math

53.2% in Science

75.0% in English

overall I'm content with my scores, but I think I could've done better. I guess I'll just have to wait and see in a little less than 3 weeks!

Wow you had awesome scores in all the other sections! I really think you’re going to be fine! I wouldn’t stress it. I was just talking to my other friends who are currently in baptist or just graduated & they both had 3.67 and 77 Teas & 4.0 and 72 teas. So ?? Our scores are gonna get us in! I have no idea what happened to me with English? I was scoring in the 80’s on the practice tests. I think I psyched myself out lol I was freaking out by the time I got to that section! Mine were

Reading 85.1

Math 87.5

Science 66

English 66.7

Omg same. On the practice assessments I was blowing every section out of the water. I think the highest overall score I got was around an 85 or 86. I don't know what happened. Nerves I guess.

We'll both be fine!!! I think the waiting part is whats so overwhelming and stressful.

I know! I couldn’t believe my English score because it’s usually my strongest area. I only studied for about 2 weeks because originally I wasn’t going to apply for Spring, but on a whim I decided to go for it! But I think it’s nerves for sure, test anxiety is real? I think we will both be fine too. I have seen others in a different thread applying with mid 60s teas & 3.0s so hopefully we are considered competitive.

Ugh I know, the wait is going to make me crazy. I’m just trying to stay busy & not think about it 24/7, but it’s hard ? did you already do your hep b series? I have to get one more shot still the first week of December.

I will finish my HepB series around December 16. I didn't even realize it was a requirement until I actually read the admissions checklist. Cutting it very close!

I finish mine December 5. We are both cutting it close! But as long as it’s done before the first day of classes, we are good! I will also have to get titers because I had chickenpox as a child, so I never got the varicella vaccine.

Will the titers test show what vaccines we've had? Or how does that work.

It’s just immunological confirmation if you don’t have proof of vaccines. It will show if you have antibodies present. You don’t need to get any titers done if you have all the required vaccines.

On Facebook I made a thread for others applying, someone else’s stats are 4.0 with a 81 teas.

Oh cool! What is the link so I can look too

It’s in a group so I think you’ll have to be approved first. If you add yourself to this group search baptist 2020 and my post will pop up.
