BSC Nursing couse for general nurse

dear freinds,

i am a nurse who had done general nursing course ( 3 year) in kerala, india. now i got married and is with my husband in UAE. For general nurses i am finding difficulties for job and pay scales. I would like to become a BSC nurse. What could i do . i cant leave UAE. Is there any option like from UAE or any distance learning program from India.
