BS in Psych thinking ADN? MCCCD waits?

I currently have a BS in Psych, which I received in 2009. I've been on the slow boat for my education as a result of raising my kids (and homeschooling them). I'm more than a little worried about being older (turning 37 this summer) and the waiting list I've heard about for the local community college (Maricopa Community College District). I would go back to the university, but if I'm going to get started, this is the most economical route. Does anyone have any thoughts on MCCCD for older students? How long is the wait at this time?
