Hello everyone....

I was wondering what were the proceedures to apply to bryant and stratton rn program....I Know a test or maybe two besides the TEAS is taken to see if you qualify for the program but Im not sure what kind of tests....alos, does anyone know what their schedule is like....

Two weeks ago I met with the college and inquired about the program. Unfortunately, i was very turned off. I felt like I was interviewing the admissions consultant. I was also turned off by the fact that when i asked about clinicals over the phone, i was told one thing, then when i asked again during the meeting i was told another. They lady said they are associated with HCA hospitals. I asked for a list. She gave me a list with anything but. Clinicals are done in jails, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers, in charlottesville, Piedmont, and Cumberland Co. Which is NOT close to the richmond campus. The programs will run about $35K, and since it's brand new, their first class of 5 people graduated in december. And only 2 have been placed/passed the exam.

Wow really I'm suppose to go meet an advisor Friday (Portia). I'm currently at Richard Bland now and trying to get into Southside Regional program but they don't take as many people so I was looking for another route. Thinking I won't go sounds way to expensive because they won't give u a lot of info over the phone.

Hi there, when i was loooking at programs i spoke to someone at Bryant and Stratton tution is 6k a semester and it is 5 semesters long, so you come out owing 30k. The thing that was an issue for me, and maybe not for you is they offer no online courses or evening classes. You have to be able to attend all classes during the day.

Good luck!

*edit* After reading the last post i am glad i didnt waste my time meeting in person.
