BUT, be prepared to spend a ton of time teaching yourself the material, because one month isn't enough time to cover all topics required in a course. I wouldn't recommend them highly, but I got a decent education, at that location at least. I have heard that they've fired all my precious teachers and have started over, which is the kind of baloney they pull because it's a for profit school. I would have loved to go somewhere else, but the wait lists for community college were too long around here. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Brown Mackie is not well respected and it can be difficult to get hired afterwards, at least in the major hospitals, from what I've heard. NCLEX pass rates aren't wonderful either.
