Broward College Summer 2022

Published

Hello!  I am finishing up my prerequisites this semester and hoping to apply for BC Summer 2022.   Anyone else looking into this program?

Congratulations you all!  Best of luck to you all!

Good Morning,

Does anyone know if we’ll be provided study guides in some of the classes? I’m curious.

Hello, saw your questions and thought I could help, I'm only in my first semester of the part-time program (that goes very slow) because I work fulltime. So far "NO" but I can offer a word of advice to get you started off successfully. Get to know your nursing math, this will be the first step to avoiding stress right out the gate. It may seem silly but trust me if you know your math calculations you can spend time on other things. I took the class with full time students, and I felt sad for them LOL. The good news its really easy if you study currently. Good study habits will defiantly help you through.  Also attend the online tutoring. I'll attach my favorite links that help me with my studying. Unfortunately your instructor won't be able to teach the way you would desire him/her to. They have to teach all 24 or 25 chapters in only three class sessions . So a lot of it will be on you to study yourself. Hope this helps kick you off! Good Luck you all will do great! And congratulations you've earned it!

Hi all! I was accepted into the LPN-RN starting Summer at south. My question is, did anyone else have to get varicella and MMR boosters? I haven’t needed a vaccine in a long time and I am just worried because I was very sick from all 3 Covid vaccines.

Hi ! Yes I have to take my MMR and Varicella boosters as well. Where are you taking your boosters?
