hi everyone, this is a thread for all the pre-nursing students interested in broward college's nursing program at south campus that begins january 2012. let's all get to know each other and make this class the best ever!!!! :):D:yeah:

did everyone put in their papers at the south campus already??!! the tomorrow is the final day!!!!

I put mine in last Thursday. I haven't heard anything back. So I'm assuming all is well. Im sure if there is a problem, I would be contacted. At least I hope I would be contacted lol Did you turn in your stuff?

Hi! Does anyone know what books we need to get a head start with reading and when we can start getting our scurbs? Or is this all going to be explained on Jan. 10?

Tiff, you can wear whatever you want tomorrow. We only need to wear uniforms on our clinical days. However, our first clinical days next week, we don't have to wear our scrubs. If you don't want to wear your scrubs, you can wear a dark blue t-shirt or something similar. I hope this answers your question =)

Hey everyone, if you are looking for a good bookbag on wheels, check out Ikea. I would've never thought that Ikea would have a bookbag on wheels, but they do. These bags are normally $80-$100. The one in Ikea is $50 and it's really nice. It's also pretty big and will fit all of our books and then some. The bag is in the kids section of the store. Check it out everyone =)

Hi guys, I got accepted for the May 2012 program, I will be attending south campus. I Just wanted to know if you guys have any suggestions regarding professors and what to expect, and also how the program is going so far? I would also like to know what hospitals they use for clinical rotations. Thanks in advance.
