Anyone Applying to the May 2017 program? I wanted to get into the January program but I was missing a math class and couldn't complete it in time for the January program.

I wish I could use Ebooks.less to carry around and I like that it can read to you. Idk it's just something about physically having the book in my hands and writing side notes and what not.

i like eBooks because as you read it reads along with you, or i read it first then listen to the eBook. it helps me with memorization.

Yes it's very beneficial to tube it. When I read it I was like what the heck are they talking about them after you tube I was like ohhhhh that's what y'all were trying to say. I'm a visual learner so once I see it after reading it, it all makes more sense.

i'm actually gonna start you tubing topics also, i didn't even think of that.

I hope we can record. That helped me a lot during anatomy. I listened while I was at work, driving in the car etc. yes our lives are about to do a complete 360. But from the stories I've heard experiences I've watched on youtube we really just have to plan out every minute of our lives for the next 18 mo. We have to schedule and make time for the things we use to do before nursing. I'm going to go hard in this program, but we have to make sure we take time for ourselves and step away from it all for a few hours. I know that's what I'll be doing.

The only piece of equipment lol I have ready for NS is a voice recorder, but we would have to aks our profesors if it would be ok. I learn thru repetitions and re-writing things out, YouTube videos. I'm not good with technology too, I'm 35, old school, I like books, I find it very difficult to read from Ebooks ,but I would like to have both options.

i have both the hard copy and ebook, im just nuts lol. its easier foe me to comprehend things.i also am a visual learner i have to see it done or an example for me to fully grasp it. that's why on paper im not the best student but my skills show for it.

i just got my Perry & Potters book in the mail! now to get started...I'm not going to stress the date like last semester, my pts still aren't even updated....the waiting game is on

I've heard several people say that is very helpful. Although I love writing out my notes and then color them with colored pencils, yes, its time consuming but it helps me greatly!! Everyone has their own thing!
