Broward College Central Campus

Published

I am currently attending Palm Beach State College, but am planning on relocating in the near future to Broward County. I plan on transferring to Broward College and applying to the Nursing Program. However, I have been hearing some very harsh things regarding the Central Campus of Broward College. Is this true? :cautious: Anything current with regards to the Nursing program in general? I want to make sure that I am going to a great school that will give me the guidance and proper training that I need in order to be a great nurse! What about the other campuses, such as South or North? Are they just as bad? Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks

I can only tell you what a friend has told me. She went to broward college and did not fail out, but withdrew because she felt like it was too corrupt. She saw things that were outrageous as far as the things they did to students.

So now she's at Palm beach and loves it. She's doing their online/in person program and graduates in March. Clinicals are in Saturday I believe for 12 hrs and theory and tests are on tues and Thursdays.

Good luck!

I am currently at Central and even though there are flaws, it's still a great nursing school. It's not the best in the world, but which one is? What's important is that you get in, succeed, and graduate with that degree. Idk what "corruption" the above poster is mentioning, but nobody's perfect. Just try your hardest and you'll succeed! All the best. :)

Oh, and my boyfriend goes to South. Now THAT'S one campus I tremble at.
