I just got accepted into Brookline's BSN program, and I'm supposed to start in their 2nd semester in Jan...I'm so excited to be moving back to AZ from NY and begin nursing school already...anyone else going to Brookline starting in Jan????
I'm looking into the Brookline BSN program and hoping to start in May, 2012. Based on what the advisor said, I might be moved in their 3rd semester, due to most of their prereqs that I've done in the past. But I'm curious as to how their class schedule is. If you started 2nd semester last week , please let me know the daily schedule (I see you have to do Cont Lit, Intro to Pol Sci, Sco, A&P1 and Inter Coll Math). Oh, and how was your 1st day?
Well like you I have many pre-reqs completed so I started in the second semester. I only needed 3 classes this semester, and I believe 2 next semester. I have class Mon, Tues, and Fri 12p-3p, one class a day. So far so good. I'm taking pol sc., advanced college math, and soc. and development. Good luck on your decision, so far I have no complaints.I'm looking into the Brookline BSN program and hoping to start in May, 2012. @larah10 last I heard...9/10 passed on first try. I'm in second semester and like the program so far. There are a few glitches here and there, but overall, it's good. We just got visited by the NLNAC and it went really well. We'll find out if the program will be accredited by March. I think we have a good shot.
Hello I would just like to ask all of you who are attending Brookline how do you like it so far? Do you think it is worth the price of tuition? And does anyone know if you can persue a masters degree if you graduate from Brookline? Thanks :)
Carrington college was worth the price for me. I actually started out at Brookline when they were still iia, but after they closed and moved locations, I decided to check Carrington instead. Definitely a good choice for me. They are also NLNAC accredited, and you get a discount at chamberlain for pursuing your BSN/MSN. I just enrolled in the BSN to MSN program and start next Monday.

@RM_Brookline, I'm so happy that you were able to get a roommate so quickly...I used to live in AZ, and actually was the one that convinced my mom to move down as well with my sisters...I'm the only one that moved back to NY (bad move), so now I'm coming back for good...Good luck to you as well...
