  1. @larah10 last I heard...9/10 passed on first try. I'm in second semester and like the program so far. There are a few glitches here and there, but overall, it's good. We just got visited by the NLNAC and it went really well. We'll find out if the program will be accredited by March. I think we have a good shot.
  2. What does everyone think of the program so far?
  3. What do you guys think of the school so far?
  4. have you heard back yet? I have a friend who interviewed w them not too long ago and already got accepted!
  5. sweet_emotion12- thank you so much for the info!! Did you recently have your interview or are you currently in the program?
  6. POGI-i know you got in 3 years ago but i could imagine that the interview process isn't any different. i will have an interview with them next month and wanted to see what questions they specifically asked you. is it a panel interview? group interview? did you have to write a short essay before? how long is the interview? was it as bad as you thought it would be? is it really competitive to get in? what are some good questions to ask them at the end? thanks in advance!

  8. NeNe25- I haven't yet! Have you?!
  9. Alvindudley- I hope you don't mind, but I sent you a PM =)
  10. Does anyone know when the program actually starts?? The website has no specific dates other than it starts in May. It's quickly approaching and I have yet to hear from them regarding my place on the waitlist..
  11. thanks! I'll check the school out! I'm still waiting on Boston!
  12. NeNe25- Thanks for the info!! That makes me feel a little better! I've applied to several programs but haven't had any luck yet. Congrats on getting into another program!! Keep me posted if you hear anything else from MGH! Thanks!!
  13. NeNe25- it's been almost 2 weeks since some people received a letter saying they've been released from the waitlist. I still have yet to get anything. Have you gotten anything yet??
  14. unfortunately, I didn't get through =/. I seriosly tried getting through for 3 hours. My 2 other friends didn't get through either. Congrats 2BJenurse!
  15. 2BJenurse- Thanks! Good luck to you as well! I'm calling from Riverside. The only other school I applied to is in Boston. I tried applying to cal states last year...with all the budget cuts, that was obviously a no go. I was super iffy about the accreditation too but heard they should pass no later than the end of the year. I can see how frustrating that could be if you're planning to get your Masters. Let's just cross our fingers!!u
