heyy I just did the test today, how long did it take for u to get the results and did u see the results on capser or bcit. also I feel like I did so poorly on the video components, I did see on casper that they arent submitting the video scores to all programs yet. whats the point of the video component then?

"Applicants will not receive feedback or results at this point in time for the video response section of the Casper test.

The quartiles that you will receive approximately one month after you write your test reflects how you scored relative to your peers in the typed response section of the Casper test."

I got my results exactly 1 month later. casper will email you and you check it on the casper website. Im not sure about the video component part LOL but it will say on casper after like 2 weeks that they sent your results to bcit.

looks like the Dec 6 casper results are sent to bcit but still no results released yet. Also I saw on reddit that the earliest we'll get admissions is Jan which seems a bit early.

Dec 6 capser results are out!

Hi

Does anyone know when we will find out if we got accepted into the bcit April 2023 nursing program ?

Feb 15 is their deadline but honestly who knows since the second round literally just ended! What's the point of having 2 rounds if they aren't gonna give responses to the first round people first,

do you mind sharing your stats?

hey

casper test - 4 th percentile

Experience - Licensed practical nurse

GPA 3.3

how about you

Hi guys, I also applied for the April 2023 intake but I am not 100% confident about my application.

- I have a diploma as rehab assistant & my GPA is not the greatest its like 2.67

- I work in the hospital since 2018 & directly w/ patient care alongside the therapists

- my GPA in TRU is low b/c I failed 2 courses but are not prerequisites. The additional courses I put on the general electives are B+ & A-.

- my prereqs are B+

- I have not received my casper and my snapshot video results.

I'm very anxious b/c my GPA is not great & my casper exam IDK. I kinda blanked out on one of the video part... its hard for me to make something up on the spot. I hope I still get a good mark though.

Hi, you should prob double check your Casper score if u did it more than a month ago. your score should be availible after a month. Video portion is still fairly new so your percentile score does not include the video scores yet. Bcit cares a lot about experiences, your grades may not be the best but having a diploma and lots of work experience is going to give you a good shot at this so don't beat urself down too much ! Plus if anything you can upgrade your grades and try again!

Thank you for replying back!

Yea I'm still waiting for my results because I took mine just recently (Jan 19). I applied for the second intake. I was surprised they had a 2nd intake for April so I thought I give a shot.

why is bcit taking so long to reply to the individuals who applied in the 1st intake. I thought we would have known by now.

yeah IDK I emailed admissions to see if first intake will be hearing back anytime soon, or if we have to wait for them to decide second intake and send everything out at the same time. That would be very pointless to have two intakes.

Let me know if bcit admissions replies to your question @masterpoo
