Hi my name is Kyle. I wanted to start a topic so students who applied for 2016 have a place to talk and ask question. I was in the program last year, but failed my first semester. Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone else has received anything after getting the acceptance letter? I have sent in my deposit, but just waiting for some more information.

Nothing yet. I called last week because in accessBCC it shows that I have no advisor. So I called just to see what I need to do now and they said we were going to be assigned advisors this week and then we'll be notified to come in and meet with them. I'm so anxious! Like I just want to buy books and supplies lol

Same here and I would like some idea of what the schedule will be like for the Fall. Not to mention I am sure there are few dates for orientation and what not but my work schedule is made a month in advance. Have any of you signed up for micro or taken it already?

I was planning on taking Micro this summer but the only class that would work with my schedule filled up within the first hour! I'm going to wait until we know more about our schedules for the fall and maybe take it then. Luckily we only really need as a co-requisite for NUR201. So I can totally get by without it the 1st year. Maybe I'll take it next summer and just focus on getting through this year lol

I registered for Micro over the summer. I also wish we new the dates for orientation and other things we might have to attend. Hopefully we will find out soon!

I ended up just sucking it up and register for a different micro class. The Friday one. It's going to be a loooong Friday!

I managed to get into the Wed hybrid, good practice for Ehealth. I just hope we get more info soon, fall registration is starting in a bit.

Just checked the mail and received information for orientation on May 18, finally!

I will check my mailbox tonight when I get out of work to see if I received anything as well. I made a FB group BCC Nursing 2016 if anyone would like to join for quick access to each other. Hopefully it will be a helpful tool throughout the summer and even the program as well because we may end up all being in different classes/clinical sites.

It's a closed group which anyone can find it and see who's in the group but can't see the messaging. I will make it public just so it's a little easier for everyone right now.
