Bristol Community College (BCC) Nursing 2019

Hello everyone! I am creating this forum in hopes to connect with other pre-nursing students who will be applying into BCC's program for fall of 2019! What are your grades and TEAS scores? Also, current/former students, do you have any advice or insight on the program?

I have professor Mbugua for a&p 2 and had her for part 1 ! I love her she’s so great .... I called and my descion is pending ??! The wait is killing me ... I wonder if rejections were already sent ?!

Hi rissa26,

I never thought to call. This wait is killing me! I have Sipala for A&P 2 (had him for A&P 1, as well) and LOVE him.

Do you think the rejections go out first?

Is it bad that I am already stalking degree works multiple times a day? ?. I also applied to the traditional program...fingers crossed that we will be in it together!

I really enjoyed humanities 172 (coping with life and death). Deanna Upchurch was my professor and she was great. She truly enjoys what she is teaching.

Thank you aims13h! Hope we find out this week! The wait it nerve wracking! I would be pretty devastated if i was waitlisted again! I called on Friday and they said my application is pending decision. They must know now since others got that response but they wait a little longer maybe for rejections to go out. Good luck to you as well?

I’ve been checking literally everyday too! I think either this week or next we will have decisions. I can’t wait!! And thank you I’ll have to take it with her, you aren’t the first person to speak highly of her!

The anticipation is KILLING me. Ahhhhh! Anyone else? I applied with only a 3.4 so I am really unsure what my chances are and I am nauseous waiting for an answer.

MEEEEEE. Omg I check a few times a day. Is your 3.4 overall? Because they calculated this year in only the pre admission classes. Anything extra they didnt look at or count. But either way that’s still really good!!

Right there with you guys! I wake up checking and can’t fall asleep without checking ?. I’m driving my fiancé crazy and have been on edge hahaa. I need to pull it together already and wait til Friday to check! I thought i had an inside scoop on the dates from a family friend but she just smiled and said mid feb to mid March! ??

My 3.4 was with just the pre-admission courses. EEEK . My overall was better, but it doesn't really matter. Hoping I make it! I just need an answer. LOL The unknown is killing me. At least if we had a set date, I could chill out a bit. Glad I am not alone! Well, good luck all!

I think it was actually 3.49 SO maybe considered a 3.5? Fingers crossed!!
