I’m taking the program at UBCO. they sadly got rid of their official bridge program and I had to go straight into first year. I did get some credit for being an LPN (didn’t have to take most first year nursing classes, or do the residential placement). My first year was pretty slack, and I was able to still work a decent amount of hours.
If you’re willing to go into first year I would suggest UBCO.
TRU (Thompson rivers) has a bridge program, lpns go into second year and I’ve heard really great things about their program!
Be very cautious with the Athabasca program. its 3 years full time, and has the highest dropout rate out of all the universities programs. The requirements are constantly changing. I know lots of LPNs who have started, but not finished. I know one who is just about to finish, but is having a hard time with her final practicum placement, might still be another year until she's done, and she figures by that time it will have been 5 years and over $70000 that she invested in the bridging program (that's not including the time and cost of the LPN program!)

So I have been doing some research online.
but haven’t been too successful
Can anyone tell me what bridging programs are offered here in B.C. for the LPN to RN and RPN to RN.
Any information would be helpful
thank you
