  1. I’m taking the program at UBCO. they sadly got rid of their official bridge program and I had to go straight into first year. I did get some credit for being an LPN (didn’t have to take most first year nursing classes, or do the residential placement). My first year was pretty slack, and I was able to still work a decent amount of hours. If you’re willing to go into first year I would suggest UBCO. TRU (Thompson rivers) has a bridge program, lpns go into second year and I’ve heard really great things about their program!
