Please be very aware before you sign one piece of paper with any agency or employer at this time. You are looking at a wait of about 7 years or so or even longer for a chance at a visa for the US. Even if you pass the exams and then find an employer, you are no longer guaranteed that you will get a visa. Employers cannot make any guarantee to you either since they have nothing to do with visas.

Things can change for you quite a bit in that amount of time, circumstances can change. If they do, you will be responsible for quite a large cancellation fee if you back out. And things do happen.

And if the agency does not have work for you when and if the time would come for a chance at the visa, then everything gets cancelled out by the US government.

Please take the time to do some reading here before you do a thing. If you have spoken with any agency, every single question that you posted here should have been answered by them. If they have not, then they should be immediately removed from your list.

Much has been written on these agencies, please just do a Google search. No reason that it needs to be posted here again.
