Breeze PHN application

Hi,

I just applied via breeze for PHN INITIAL application. I just paid and I noticed that it did not say anything about getting your transcript from your school. Do I need to do that? Anyone who applied thru breeze for phn?

    Yes, I'm sure you figured out by now, but you need to do that. It explains that on the General Instructions, which were linked on the application:

    Page 4 discloses the need to request transcripts.

    Page 8 is the form you need to fill out and send to your school of nursing for completion and processing.
