If you have no intention of ever moving to the US, I wouldn't worry about it. Your US-based agency can do little to enforce a breach of contract penalty.

Good day to you all,
I just have a couple of questions. I signed with Connexus on November 2019. It's been a few months and I'm still dealing with my visa screening, with one of my schools taking a while to ship my documents. Due to personal issues, I don't think I am gonna push through and might terminate the contract. I was wondering if anyone has a similar experience, and how much in estimation would I have to pay if I terminate it before my visa screening gets completed. The contract does not have an exact number on how much I have to pay if I terminate. Thank you so much for your time and any advice would be greatly appreciated.
