BRCC Nursing Program 2020

Just wanted to start a thread with anyone who is applying for Baton Rouge Community College Nursing RN program in January. Would love for everyone to share their scores and gpa

@RN in the making 2022 I made a post about my experience (I think it’s on pg. 4 of this thread), but the shorter version is this:

2019 Application: 88 TEAS / 3.6 GPA / 0/5 Classes Taken at BRCC — Didn’t get accepted and was 20-something on the list.

2020 Application: 88 TEAS / 3.8 GPA / 3/5 Classes Taken at BRCC — Accepted!

Per the advice from the nursing advisor, I retook 3 classes at BRCC so I’d have that going in my favour and also managed to raise my GPA a little bit in the process.

@RN in the making 2022 well I didn’t get in but I had a 2.9 GPA 86 on TEAS 5/5 classes and ended up being 4 on the space list

Also if anyone else is on the space list in here, number 1 and 2 on it have been accepted. So don’t lose hope!

I also applied and did not get accepted. I will try again next year.
how do you guys know what number you were? I’m confused

Number 2 was accepted.. but I want you to know that they accept all the way into October

Came back to say I was accepted!! I knew joining that facebook group back in the Summer wasn’t for nothing LOL. See some of you in the Spring!
