Branch Transfer from Army to Air Force

Hello everyone!

I'm am new Army nurse and very new to the Army in general. I was hoping to get insight on how to go about doing a branch transfer; as a nurse in the Army to becoming a nurse in the Air Force. I have nothing against being in the Army. I was just hoping that being in the same branch would make it easier to PCS with my spouse. So if anyone could please inform me of their experience and or step-by-step process, I would be especially grateful and deeply appreciative!

.... I think as you delve into this you will find that blue to green is a possibility in certain jobs.. not so much green to blue.
