Boston College Direct-Entry MSN, NP Track Summer 2025

Published

Hi everyone! I'm starting a thread for the Summer 2025 Direct-Entry MSN Nurse Practitioner track at Boston College Connell School of Nursing. Has anyone applied for early decision and already received their acceptance?

I'd also love to hear if anyone has been awarded financial aid or scholarships. If interested, I'm happy to create a Facebook group for accepted students to connect. Looking forward to meeting you all! 🙂

I did NOT apply early decision (just a few days shy LOL) and have not heard anything. However I know someone who applied early decision and received her acceptance around early December/late November.

Following this thread!

Thanks for sharing! Congrats to the other individual! I received my notification in early Dec as well. Feeling blessed 🙂 Have you heard back?

I'm still waiting on a few other schools since the cost is quite high here!

Not yet. Can I ask- did they give you any merit-based scholarship?

I'm sure they're still sending out decisions! I did receive a small merit-based scholarship. Good luck!

Has anyone who applied regular decision heard anything yet? Also for those accepted, did you have to interview?

Hello @Hopeful1005, I applied early decision and did not have an interview.

Hi! I applied regular decision and was notified of my acceptance today! No interview. Good luck to you!

For transparency I got $40k merit-based. However the program cost is about the same as Yale for me. Would others be willing to share what they received and how that may impact their decision?

Hi! I applied and just got in today. Also got the 40k merit!

I would love to join a FB group if that is up!

Yay me too! Out of curiosity does anyone know what the acceptance rate is and/or how many people are in this program?

Would you attend BC or MGH IHP and why?
