How's the new grad market in Boston & surrounding areas for new grad BSN nurses?

I've sent out well over 50 applications over the last few months.. not even a single phone call.

My classmates and some girls I know from Northeastern are interviewing in Washington DC, California, Utah, Washington, etc.

It's bad.

Pretty much nonexistent, as the above poster stated. Definitely go out of state or take whatever you can get. The VA in Bedford is taking new grads. I knew two people who just got jobs there.

It stinks right now!! Many new grads are applying out of state for jobs!

Im exactly in the same situation. I even thought that nobody likes me or if theres something wrong with me?

Do you think job posting online really work or even exists??? Or Im wondering if the HR really takes time to look at those applications submitted online?? I almost applied to all job postings online and visited all the list of hospitals website here http://www.mhalink.org/public/mahospitals/ and applied to all job opening they have but literally I got no call at all!

So depressing...:cry::crying2:
