Hello, gals/guys. I'm Lollercoaster, an LPN currently enrolled in an ADN program in the Southeast. Although I started really strong( High 80s, low 90s) on my fundamentals class, these last few exams have taken a toll on my confidence in successfully completing my program. My grade is currently an 83, with one more exam to go and the final. You have to make an 80 or above in my program. Anyhow, if you have any tips on how to finish the semester strong and do good on the next two exams? Thanks in advance.

Best thing you can do is ask to meet with your professor to go over those questions that you got wrong on the exam. Speak with the professor regarding your thought process when answering the question and ask what needs to be improved/changed about your thought process.
It seems that maybe the questions may be focusing more on applying concepts rather than only remembering, so I would definitely suggest meeting with your professor. ?

Hey. I'm sorry for the late reply but I passed. I'm on Maternity/OB right now. Any tips you can share to do well in this class. I made a 78 on my first exam, passing is an 80. Thanks again.

Hey, it's no problem!
Definitely do the same as I mentioned earlier with speaking to the professor to determine when your thought process went wrong. I highly suggest re-evaluating the best study method for you (are you a visual, reading/writing, audio, etc. learner) and focus on learning that way.
There are various videos on Youtube about concepts of Maternity/OB and I suggest checking out RegisteredNurseRN. She has various educational videos on many Nursing school topics. Here's the link specifically for Maternity/OB: https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=nurse+sarah+obstetrics. Hope this helps!
Thanks!! I'll be sure to try that. ?
