Hi all
There were a series of books, I think put out by Springhouse such as "Fluids and electrolytes made easy" and I just wondered were there any you found really valuable and are there any you would recommend. Alternatively are there other aids that you found you couldn't get by without or wished you'd had access to in those early days?. I see MIMS has a PDA system too. Have any of you used these and are they worth the price?. I have subscribed to Mims bi monthly (Might sell the ones I don't need on ebay because I refused to pay $65 for one copy). I don't want to spend money unnecessarily but if something will give me an edge, as there's a lot to learn, I see it as a worthwhile investment. Anyone?

ABsolutely love the "made incredibly easy" books!! I used the one for Med Surg, and also NCLEX-RN. I still have my med surg book and love it, and also use it to this day as a reference.
Its easy to understand and gives test questions at the end of each chapter- I think they are worth it.
You can try looking on ebay or half.com to buy them if you dont want to pay 35$ per book, but these were def. my favorite books and made studying a breeze.
