I wanted to get a book to help me learn more about the nursing process as well as the diagnosis portion. I'm not sure which to get first or if there are even any differences even. What are the differences between these books?

If you want a book on nursing diagnosis, I would strongly recommend going directly to the source and getting the book published by NANDA itself. You can preview the Table of Contents and Chapter 2 (which covers the nursing process) for free.
