BON and reporting termination

I know that in some states, hospitals and other facilities are required to report to the BON if you have been terminated. Is the state of Texas one of those states?

No, not in Texas.  It is not reported.

In my experience, Texas is one of those states, but even if they're supposed to, your employer might not
