Boise State RN to BSN

Ok, I know this school has been beat like a dead horse on here with questions regarding cost, program length, etc. But I could not find anything on the issue I'm having. One of the admission requirements says that you can not be working as a nurse or plan to work in a handful of select states. The states listed are WV, TN, GA, ND,NC, and LA. Does anyone have any idea of why that is? I didn't think state BONs have any authority over where you get your BSN if you're already a RN. BSU'S website doesn't say that you can't live in said states. I live in TN, but work in KY. It seems like a great program do I'm hoping to hear back from them soon. Thanks for any helpful insight.

I am currently in Boise State RN to BSN program. I have seen this caveat on almost every online program I have researched. It has to do with those states education approvals. I am in wisconsin and there are a very popular online programs that I couldn't do. I would contact Maura Rasmussen at Boise and ask. I love the program.
