If a board of education does not follow the state health department protocols set in place for contact tracing for COVID-19 and universal masking, and a student becomes seriously ill or worse, could there be negative ramifications on that particular school nurse?
Please send links for liability nursing insurance.
Thanks!

I carry liability through NSO and have since I was a student. It's something like $120/year and worth the peace of mind.
If you have a teachers union, join it.
Lots of states BOE aren't aligned with public health standards, unfortunately.

Wouldn't surprise me. Can you get guidance from the state Board of Nursing? Or your immediate supervisor?
