If a board of education does not follow the state health department protocols set in place for contact tracing for COVID-19 and universal masking, and a student becomes seriously ill or worse, could there be negative ramifications on that particular school nurse? Please send links for liability nursing insurance. Thanks!

It's something like $120/year and worth the peace of mind. If you have a teachers union, join it. Lots of states BOE aren't aligned with public health standards, unfortunately.
