Hi, I am a registered nurse here in the Philippines and wish to take NCLEXrn this year. My question is all about the Transcript of Records which the Cal BON needs in order to process my application.
I started my nursing career at the Far Eastern University during my Freshman Class (First Year College), and then after one year of staying at FEU I transfered to Another School which is nearer from our house.
Question: Do I need the true copy of my TOR (during my freshman) from FEU or I just need to request the TOR from the nursing school of where I graduated (Coz my TOR from FEU is already forwarded from the nursing school I graduated) during my transfer of credentials.

I was bothered by this question from the CA BON website:
-> Transcripts are required from all colleges and/or universities you attended that reflect courses
required for a degree in nursing, including general education course requirements and all nursing
courses. Transcripts must be received and evaluated by the Board prior to being found eligible for
the NCLEX examination.

Please help me and hoping to hear from yall soon.

If you transferred then I think your nursing transcripts will include other courses, there is a thread I think in the Philippine forum discussing this.
We do not recommend Ca for initial licensure as they will not give you a license without a SSN and will destroy your file after 3 years if you do not provide one and with retrogression taking years de to high demand the likelihood of you being in the US in that time is small
