i recently passed the nclex. though the preparation for the test was tough, i did not expect that job hunting can be tougher.
so while submitting applications to each possible position, i decided to take BLS/ACLS and other courses while waiting for a call, besides, most of the positions i ran into requires those certifications (and many other acronyms i'm not even familiar with, unfortunately).
now my issue: i've been looking for classes around the bay area and there are not too many that pop up in the search engine. i'm not even sure if the prices are ok or not. i would like to consider online classes but i'm afraid i won't get the same amount of infor/training that i'd get hands-on, or if they are actually legit to begin with.
so for those living around the bay area, any recommendations? if schedule wont permit, shall i go for an online course instead? please help!
thanks and ave a great week everyone!
