Blood pressure reading

What does it mean when I take a blood pressure & Korotkoff sounds do not disappear to get the diastolic pressure? Is it possible to get a diastolic reading at 0 mmHg? or am I hearing pulse sounds

There are pateints that you will hear them all the way down....it is at the point the "change" tone and begin to fade.

Thanks for this answer :) so was I hearing pulse sounds at 0? I a bit worried that I should have reported that could still hear sounds at zero

I wish I could remember the video I watched on B/P a while ago... It was a practice video where you listened to the sounds and then write down what you heard the b/p as.

Anyways, there was one on the video you could hear all the way down to 0. The correct way to write that one was something like.... 110/65/0 mmHg.
