blood pressure kit question

for school i need a blood pressure kit (stethoscope and sphygmomanometer) was going to buy this one from allheart.com AllHeart Print Blood Pressure Aneroid and Dual Head Stethoscope Combination Set - Nurse Kit is this the same thing?

That would probably work. I don't know what your budget is like, but another option would be to buy the sphygmomanometer and stethoscope separately, so you could get a higher quality stethoscope for auscultating heart tones.

I agree with virgo. Buy them separately. You can get a steth that you like and that works really good and a bp cuff that is okay. For the price theyre selling it for, I dont imagine the stethescope is the best thing out there.

I agree with the other 2 posters. I still have my Littman stethescope, the first and only one I've ever purchased, got it my first semester of school and four years later its still going strong! The BP cuff on the other hand, just sits in a box at home because we have automatic cuffs and extral manual cuffs at work, there is no reason to take it to work with me. I mainly used it in school, and every once in awhile at home if we need to check a blood pressure for some reason lol.
