Blinn Spring 2020

I am applying to the Spring 2020 semester for the ADN program at Blinn College in Bryan, Texas. I wanted to create this post because I wanted to see if anyone else is applying there too! I am feeling a bit discouraged because I didn't do as well as I hoped on the TEAS today. I got a 74.7, which is still in the proficient category but not the best score. I have a 3.57 GPA. Who else is applying?!

I was told when I dropped off my application that decisions are made on the 15th and we will be notified during the days following that.

When I turn it in, they said "by mid October" and the website said "by Oct 15". I'm really hoping we don't have to wait longer than that. Especially because of the financial aid situation

I was also just accepted but does your acceptance letter say Fall 2020???

Yeah mine does too. I just left a voicemail for Karla asking about it. I'll let you know when she responds

Katie just responded and said that basically i was considered for Spring 2020 but didn’t make the cut and was offered Fall 2020 admissions.

Mine said fall 2019 but I think mine was just a typo because I didn’t get in.

Yes, I did. But I only got a 74.7 on the TEAS so I’m going to retake it and apply again for next fall semester. I just wish that I could start sooner. I hope I get in next time.
